★Features: PCTFE features include high compressive strength and low deformation under load, especially its cold flow (creep) is smaller than other fluorides. PCTFE has extremely low gas permeability and no moisture absorption at all (water absorption is nearly zero), mechanical strength and hardness are superior to polytetrafluoroethylene, and it has high hardness, low temperature resistance and excellent dimensional stability.
★Application: Corrosion-resistant parts on chemical equipment such as passages, valves, valve seats, high-pressure sealing packings, gears, bearings, diaphragms, gaskets, linings and coatings for reaction pots, storage tanks, ventilators, centrifuges, etc.; Frequency insulation, high frequency cable, coil insulation, etc.; moisture-proof, anti-stick coating.
