UHMW-PE antistatic sheets are produced by extruding ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UPE) plastic with added modifiers through a square die. Antistatic UPE is ideal for potentially explosive environments, such as silos with lifting equipment, munitions factories, petrochemical plants, and mines, effectively providing electrostatic protection. Furthermore, UPE antistatic profiles offer good thermal insulation and protect automated equipment and other semiconductor products sensitive to dust and charge buildup.
