CPVC
Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride
product manual:
CPVC, formally known as chlorinated polyvinyl chloride, is a plastic material made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through a chlorination process. It features high heat resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, good chemical resistance, and flame retardancy. It is commonly used in pipelines transporting high-temperature fluids, industrial wastewater, and chemical solutions, as well as in high-temperature operating environments such as chemical equipment and fire protection systems.
Pipeline Systems: Widely used in hot and cold water pipes, chemical fluid pipes, and industrial wastewater discharge pipes in the chemical, semiconductor, fire protection, and general water supply and drainage systems.
Industrial Equipment: Suitable for the manufacture of equipment such as storage tanks, scrubbers, ventilation systems, flanges, and pump casings.
High-Temperature Environments: Suitable for locations requiring high-temperature and corrosion resistance, such as hot springs and high-temperature factory work areas.
